What is the typical process when working with a new customer?

First is the free in-person consultation! Once all of the details of the project are discussed (estimated price & timeframe) a date for the session is agreed on...very simple!

What should the customer know about pricing & payment?

The consultation is free. I charge $50 an hour for all organizing services listed. I accept PayPal, Venmo, Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover & AmEx) Cash & Check.

How long will it take to organize?

This is the hardest question to answer because every session and every client is unique! At the end of the consultation, I will give you a rough estimate of the hours needed to complete the project.

Do you clean the space as well?

I do some light cleaning in the area that I am working in, but in general, I do not provide that service.

Do I need to be at home and/or work directly with the organizer during my session?

That's all up to you! I am more than happy to be with you during the session or do the work for you. Some clients choose to stay home while I'm working, while others others leave to run errands or go to work. It depends entirely on what you feel comfortable with.

If the session goes over the hours agreed on, how do I pay?

Any additional time will be calculated and due at the end of the organizing session.
